Today the cluster met with Lorraine Watchorn at Rotorua Primary School. Lorraine wanted to set up guidelines for meetings that we would have in the future. We all decided that we would start and end with a karakia.
Lorraine presented her minutes in Google.doc and is keen for us to begin using it. We will be having a session in the near future about how useful google.doc can be.
There was positive feedback from the cluster about the PD with Angus Macfarlane.
Lorraine shared her ICT journey with the cluster and then the rest of the cluster did the same. It was interesting hearing about the backgrounds and expertise of each person in the cluster. There was a lot of experience and skilled ICT teachers in our midst. I found out Annemarie spent her childhood years in Jamaica! I'll have to find out more!
